Global Missions

Our 60-Day exploration to track down Food Heroes, identify Food Icons, experience Food Rituals and find Food Innovation around the world.

2018 edition

The Food Innovation Program launched its 2nd Global Mission, a comprehensive expedition to research and document the future of food. 16 Master’s students and four coaches visited 12 cities of food innovation and 10 countries in over 60 days. They conducted interviews, collected data, and researched four themes: scalable sustainability and circular systems; the future of proteins; agro-innovation in smart cities; food care and the future of food service.
