Food Innovation Program in Milan for Class Digital Experience Week
Institute for the Future, and the one-and-only Officucina kitchen maker lab, represented by Francesco Bombardi who will share the results of our research: from drones to 3D printing in food! Among the notable figures at the event are Andrea Bezzecchi with Faceto and Food Innovation Program Director, Matteo Vignoli, who will lead a workshop on Friday July 1st from 18:00 to 19.30. The workshop will of course be centered on creative learning and design thinking methodologies and participants of the workshop will explore and identify the critical technologies for agriculture, food distribution, retail and consumption, as well as the diffusion and development of radical innovations in the food industry.
