From June 17 to July 3rd the Food Innovation Program will participate in Class Digital Experience Week in Milan, the first of its kind in Italy. This week-long event is dedicated to the development of knowledge, digital innovation and the extraordinary opportunities for a better life in the new era. A huge multimedia extravaganza that involves citizens in a wide range of unique events. The future of food innovation will be highlighted through Seeds of Disruption, the map developed by Institute for the Future, and the one-and-only Officucina kitchen maker lab, represented by Francesco Bombardi who will share the results of our research: from drones to 3D printing in food! Among the notable figures at the event are Andrea Bezzecchi with Faceto and Food Innovation Program Director, Matteo Vignoli, who will lead a workshop on Friday July 1st from 18:00 to 19.30. The workshop will of course be centered on creative learning and design thinking methodologies and participants of the workshop will explore and identify the critical technologies for agriculture, food distribution, retail and consumption, as well as the diffusion and development of radical innovations in the food industry.
