Last week, in Monte Carlo, over a dozen high profile businesswomen joined the Ernst & Young World Entrepreneur of the Year Award Summit to discuss the hot topic of gender equality in the business world. Among them, our very own Sara Roversi spoke about the disruptive environment of food innovation, which she of course knows a lot about! Our mantra, “innovation is a cooperative effort” perfectly fits this dynamic setting. We need to “embrace the change”. We believe that a well balanced business model is one that expands and includes everyone and that looks beyond the traditional “all boys club” approach and aspires for effective collaboration among ALL entrepreneurs, men AND women alike. We found Valerie Keller’s words very inspirational “when businesses will start caring more about purpose than profit, then we’ll start to see a different, better world”, she said. And we agree with her!
