Yes, you got that right! Our international delegation was at the European Parliament in Brussels, thanks to the team of honourable Mr. Paolo de Castro who received our delegation. After a presentation of the Global Mission and the four research topics: Alternative Proteins, Scalable Sustainability & Circular systems, Future of Food Service, and Agro-innovation in Smart Cities; a highly participatory exchange took place on the relevant policies to our research themes. Upon the completion of the Global mission our researchers,in addition to scouting for future signals and honing their impact driven innovation skills, will act as ambassadors for Europe to the rest of the world, and bring back valuable insights and policy recommendations.
