On September 11, the Future Food Institute, with the support of Unfold Tomorrow, hosted an engaging and hands-on Masterclass at the Casa delle Tecnologie Emergenti (CTE) in Rome for the EIT Food program, Empowering Women in Agrifood (EWA).
The session focused on the Lean Canvas and pretotyping, offering participants practical tools to refine and test their projects. The day began with collaborative discussions, where the entrepreneurs received valuable feedback on their Lean Canvas models. This was followed by an in-depth exploration of pretotyping, a technique that helps innovators quickly and affordably validate their ideas in the real world.
