Future Food at CIBUS, Parma 7-10 May 2018

Cibus is the annual International Food Exhibition that showcases the Italian agrofood sector. Offering a truly global display of Italian excellence, the exhibition will host a number of international conferences and roundtables that will tackle current themes related to food an retail. The 19th edition will be held from the 7th to the 10th of May.

Future Food Institute will be waiting for you  there every day at the Innovation center for two very special appointments:
On the 8th of May at 12, for “Pills of Food Innovation” we will provide a preview of out research themes for 2018: Scalable sustainability and Circular systems, Future of Proteins, Agro-innovation in smart cities, food care and the future of food service.

 

The 9th of May at 14:30 will be a presentation of our soon to begin Food Innovation Global Mission, with the participation of partner enterprises, the press and international guests. The conference will be concluded with a focus on Thai market and the launch of Future Food Thai Lab, and signing the agreement between Future Food Institute, Food Innopolis and the Science and technology Park of Bangkok who will be hosting the delegates of the global mission during the first week of July.
