Villa Montepaldi becomes a Living Lab, an experimental hub where the complex concept of integral ecology can be fully and tangibly learned and experienced.
The Future Food Institute aims to apply this model in a region where, during the Renaissance, a new understanding of nature flourished.
The Medici Villa can initiate a process of social, cultural, e economic rebirth, directly impacting communities. It can serve as a source of inspiration internationally, captivating with a space where not only nature flourishes but, just as in the Renaissance, culture, civic life, and science as well.

The FARM
For Montepaldi’s agricultural management, we envision a transformative, regenerative approach that revitalizes SOIL, enhances BIODIVERSITY, and optimizes WATER use. This CULTURAL SHIFT integrates crops and livestock, strengthening the food-health-environment nexus.
300 hectares are dedicated to wine, olive oil, honey, orchards, cereals, fallow and uncultivated land, and woodland.
The Villa
In a time of disorientation, culture acts as a lighthouse, illuminating the path toward understanding the path we need to take.
For the cultural management in Montepaldi, we want to enhance the Villa Medicea, transforming it into a place accessible to all with a museum, a conference hall, and a library.
In addition to this, we envision an educational center of excellence to create new models, stimulate mindset changes, and develop key skills for the future.

The algorithm of longevity is deeply rooted in the philosophy of integral ecological development, which recognizes the inseparable relationship between humans and their environment. By integrating ecological principles with human development, we aim to discover sustainable solutions to benefit the planet and its inhabitants.
RegenerAction platform
The creation of a measurement and prediction platform that, by analyzing environmental parameters (soil, air quality, water quality, etc.), clinical parameters (fertility, happiness, mental health, longevity, microbiota, etc.), and socio-economic parameters, will enable prediction of the impacts generated on human e ecosystem health.
We aspire to create a replicable model of rural and urban ecological regeneration, leveraging a unique blend of regenerative practices, human development, digital advancement, commitment to sustainable development, and pioneering work in fostering environments that improve longevity e human well-being to promote integral ecological regeneration for human- and planetary- prosperity.
