An evening to Remember: Cocktails and Conversations on the Future of Food at the Home of Innovation

The food of the future is all about quality and technology. Innovation starts from the knowledge of new tools that are already revolutionizing the approach to food, by mapping new technologies that are already shaping agriculture, distribution and the art of socializing! This was the starting point for yesterday’s #openape event organized by the co-working space COB and FabLab in Valsamoggia! There was never a dull moment; between 3D printers, glasses of spritz and an international presence of innovation enthusiasts, our guests were able to travel the world without having to step outside. There was so much to talk about, starting with the explosive startup scene that has truly made some real head way here in the #foodvalley, which includes some promising startups such as MylBread, Ucooki and Slowd. We also heard inspiring testimonies from our Food Innovation Program alumni who took the stage and showcased the #seedsofdisruption foresight map, as well as shared their ongoing journey in promoting #foodinnovationaroundtheworld! col 1 The evening would not have been complete at the #FabLab without the stirring presentations made by Maker Faire Rome and EMW- European Maker Week! We have such great connection with these wonderful networks and constantly share a great synergy with them as we continue to grow our #FutureFoodEcosystem, once again confirming what innovation is a collaborative effort!
