This was the starting point for yesterday\u2019s #openape event organized by the co-working space COB and FabLab in Valsamoggia! There was never a dull moment; between 3D printers, glasses of spritz and an international presence of innovation enthusiasts, our guests were able to travel the world without having to step outside.\nThere was so much to talk about, starting with the explosive startup scene that has truly made some real head way here in the #foodvalley, which includes some promising startups such as MylBread, Ucooki and Slowd.
