FIM is a \u00a0business matchmaking service that aims at companies in the agri-food sector to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation processes.<\/span>
\nThe Future Food Ecosystem has consolidated a huge network of \u00a0\u00a0thought leaders, practitioners \u00a0and talents, research centers and \u00a0innovation hubs. Thanks to our international educational programs on Food Innovation we have established a huge network all over the globe.
\nThe Food innovation Matching is a platform that fosters the creation of an active <\/span>community <\/b>of companies that are well established in the market and startups.; through encounters and reality checks mutual learning and growth is guarentee in such a setting. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span>
\nThis endeavour is fuelled by a <\/span>constant mapping of technologies<\/b> that daily feeds the most important Italian <\/span>bank <\/b>of startup<\/span> data<\/b> and PMI innovative of the sector.<\/span>
\nThese are the fundamental ingredients for companies that will get in touch with the ecosystem and become holistically aware of \u00a0the open innovation paradigm, in order to accelerate the creation of value and propose this value to new markets.
\nThe Food Innovation Matching offers guidance to businesses within the food sectors in <\/span>defining innovation needs<\/b>, in <\/span>co-designing<\/b> and in <\/span>prototyping<\/b> new models, and ultimately the \u00a0<\/span>acceleration<\/b> of ideas, in high-level vertical <\/span>formation<\/b>, and creating <\/span>synergies with the global ecosystem<\/b> of Food Innovation.<\/span>
