The initiative celebrates Sustainable Gastronomy Day through four interactive gatherings that examine food as a tool for connection, memory, resilience, and regeneration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program opens on <strong>June 16<\/strong> with <strong>\u201cFood as Belonging,\u201d<\/strong> a reflection on food as a source of identity and community building. On <strong>June 17<\/strong>, in recognition of the World Day to Combat Desertification and Drought, <strong>\u201cWater Memories: Poetry &amp; Oral Histories\u201d<\/strong> will explore the relationship between water, memory, and food security through poetry, dialogue, and fermentation practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On <strong>June 18<\/strong>, <strong>\u201cWhere Science Meets Sensory Experience\u201d<\/strong> brings together gastronomy and science in a journey through fermentation, sensory perception, and food innovation.
