L\u2019evento ha segnato il culmine del loro percorso di formazione e mentoring, e si \u00e8 svolto all\u2019interno della<strong> Innovation Week 2025<\/strong> presso il <strong>Santa Chiara Lab dell\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Siena<\/strong>, in sinergia con A4OI \u2013 <strong>Agritech 4 Open Innovation<\/strong> e il <strong>Techstars Startup Weekend.<\/strong><br><br><strong>Un percorso di crescita e innovazione<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le finaliste hanno presentato i loro progetti davanti a una giuria di esperti composta da <strong>Marco D\u2019Angelo, CEO <\/strong>di<strong> beeco<\/strong>, <strong>Patrizia Marti, professoressa all\u2019Universit\u00e0 di Siena<\/strong> e <strong>Ludovica Polverino<\/strong> di <strong>Angels4Women<\/strong>. Le presentazioni hanno mostrato un alto livello di innovazione e sostenibilit\u00e0, con proposte capaci di generare un impatto positivo sul settore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sara Roversi, Presidente di Future Food Institute, afferma: \u00ab<em>Per il quarto anno, siamo fieri di aver guidato, insieme a EIT Food, il programma EWA in Italia, sostenendo l\u2019imprenditoria femminile come leva concreta di innovazione e sostenibilit\u00e0 nel settore agroalimentare. Le protagoniste di questa edizione hanno dimostrato visione, determinazione e una straordinaria capacit\u00e0 di generare impatto e resilienza nei territori. Il percorso formativo, arricchito dall\u2019esperienza immersiva a Pollica, ha permesso loro di connettere tradizione e innovazione, comprendendo come il cibo possa essere un potente strumento di rigenerazione ecologica, sociale ed economica<\/em>\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Premiazione e progetti vincitori<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al termine del Demo Day, i due progetti pi\u00f9 meritevoli sono stati premiati con contributi economici a fondo perduto: 10.000 euro per la prima classificata e 5.000 euro da EIT Food..<br><br>Il primo premio \u00e8 stato assegnato a Mariachiara Leonardi, con il progetto Free Eat, una piattaforma digitale che valorizza le eccellenze artigianali del mercato free-from (100% senza glutine, senza lattosio, ecc.), permettendo loro di vendere online in tutta Italia. Facilita l\u2019incontro tra domanda e offerta, connettendo i produttori sia con clienti privati (B2C) che con il mondo Ho.Re.Ca. e Corporate (B2B).<br><br>Il secondo premio \u00e8 stato conferito ad Serena Fruttaldo, con il progetto di Genera S.r.l che propone <strong>AgriCheck<\/strong>, un dispositivo portatile plug-and-play per la diagnostica remota e il monitoraggio dei macchinari agricoli. Collegato a un&#8217;app mobile e a un portale online, raccoglie e analizza dati in tempo reale, permettendo interventi di manutenzione predittiva senza la presenza di un tecnico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La giornata ha messo in luce il ruolo chiave di iniziative come EWA nel ridefinire il futuro del settore agroalimentare, puntando su progetti innovativi e sostenibili.
