This would not have been possible without the expertise and competence of <strong>Temitope Wealth-Ekanem<\/strong>, co-author of this article and value chain manager within <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meda.org\/\">Mennonite Economic Development Associates<\/a> (MEDA), an agrifood systems development organization.
