This week-long event is dedicated to the development of knowledge, digital innovation and the extraordinary opportunities for a better life in the new era. A huge multimedia extravaganza that involves citizens in a wide range of unique events. The future of food innovation will be highlighted through Seeds of Disruption, the map developed by&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.iftf.org\/our-work\/global-landscape\/foodforfuture\/seeds-of-disruption\/\">Institute for the Future<\/a>, and the one-and-only Officucina kitchen maker lab, represented by Francesco Bombardi who will share the results of our research: from drones to 3D printing in food!\nAmong the notable figures at the event are Andrea Bezzecchi with Faceto and Food Innovation Program Director, Matteo Vignoli, who will lead a workshop on Friday July 1st from 18:00 to 19.30.
