Con queste parole,\u00a0<strong>Shima Barakat<\/strong>, direttore del programma Entrepreneurship for Sustainability dell'Universit\u00e0 di Cambridge, ha presentato uno dei progetti pi\u00f9 interessanti e realmente maker-oriented che hanno accompagnato questa edizione speciale del pi\u00f9 grande Show &amp; Tell d'Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Tutto \u00e8 avvenuto in una cabina virtuale e in un evento che\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/futurefood.academy\/\">Future Food Institute<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0organizzato per il suo ritorno alla Maker Faire Rome di quest'anno! Che cos'\u00e8 MAKEit? Un'iniziativa nata con il supporto di\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eitfood.eu\/\">EIT Food<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0come partenariato paneuropeo per creare filiere agroalimentari sempre pi\u00f9 efficienti, sostenibili e competitive, cercando di fornire soluzioni mirate e innovative collegando tutti gli attori del settore in un'unica rete di collaboratori e innovatori.<\/p>\n<p>Nell'ambito di questa iniziativa si sono svolte le MAKEathons. Si tratta di maratone di co-creazione, nate nel 2019 e finalizzate alla creazione di soluzioni tangibili dal forte impatto imprenditoriale, che negli ultimi due anni sono state organizzate in nove Paesi europei (Irlanda, Regno Unito, Spagna, Germania, Islanda, Belgio, Polonia, Svizzera e Finlandia) e da cui sono emersi 73 prototipi di innovazione provenienti da diversi settori dell'alimentazione internazionale: dallo zucchero al cacao, fino a frutta, verdura e carne!
