Si tratta di SquisEat, la startup che ha vinto <em>Hack4Food - Per nutrire il futuro<\/em>, l'hackathon digitale promosso da Innovacoop, Bi-Rex e Future Food Institute in collaborazione con Legacoop Bologna nell'ambito del progetto Think4Food. L'iniziativa \u00e8 stata una maratona digitale aperta a start-up, giovani professionisti, ricercatori e studenti universitari con idee innovative per la ripartenza e lo sviluppo sostenibile della filiera cooperativa agroalimentare.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L'Hackathon \u00e8 stato l'unico progetto italiano a essere selezionato dalla open call sulla ripartenza del settore agroalimentare durante il periodo di blocco lanciata da Smart Agri Hubs, la rete composta da 164 Digital Innovation Hubs e Competence Centers con l'obiettivo di accelerare la digitalizzazione dei sistemi agricoli in Europa.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L'idea che il team di SquisEat ha portato all'Hackathon mira a ridurre gli sprechi nella fase di trasformazione, dove, per motivi di scadenza interna e di legami con la GDO, vengono smaltite grandi quantit\u00e0 di prodotti con ancora diverse settimane di shelf-life residua, generando costi e problemi di sostenibilit\u00e0. Il progetto SquisEat prevede l'intermediazione tra le aziende produttrici e gli operatori dell'Horeca, un settore in grado di utilizzare grandi volumi in tempi brevi. In questo modo i ristoratori e il mondo Horeca avranno accesso a prodotti di qualit\u00e0 a prezzi vantaggiosi, riducendo gli sprechi e permettendo alle aziende produttrici di trasformare i costi di smaltimento in profitti. L'intero processo viene veicolato da SquisEat, evitando ai produttori oneri amministrativi e logistici.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Il premio per il team vincitore comprende un contributo di 5.000 euro da parte della Camera di Commercio di Bologna, l'accesso al co-working Bi-Rex, la partecipazione a un evento del Future Food Institute, attivit\u00e0 di matching con aziende cooperative attraverso il programma Think4Food di Legacoop Bologna e con la rete Innovacoop e visibilit\u00e0 nella rete europea degli Smart Agri Hubs. Attivit\u00e0 di matching con le cooperative anche per i progetti Food2You e Bounce, rispettivamente al secondo e terzo posto. Per SquisEat si tratta di una diversificazione delle attivit\u00e0 perch\u00e9 la startup opera gi\u00e0 nel collegamento tra consumatori e ristoranti, negozi di alimentari o rosticcerie per la vendita, a prezzi bassi, delle scorte del giorno in prossimit\u00e0 dell'orario di chiusura, per evitare sprechi e costi di smaltimento.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>La startup SquisEat vanta gi\u00e0 numerosi riconoscimenti: nel 2019 si \u00e8 aggiudicata il primo premio nella categoria studenti Think4Food assegnato da Coop Reno; \u00e8 stata tra i vincitori dello Startup Day dell'Universit\u00e0 di Bologna ed \u00e8 stata selezionata per il corso Battiti, promosso da Kilowatt ed Emilbanca. Ad aprile 2020 \u00e8 stata scelta tra oltre 400 startup in Italia per accedere al programma Hubble dell'acceleratore Nana Bianca.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
