Morsi da Hack4Food<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-50c48a03 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"50c48a03\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n<p>Il 9-10 ottobre 2020 <strong>Innovacoop<\/strong>, la societ\u00e0 di Legacoop Emilia Romagna dedicata allo sviluppo e all'innovazione delle imprese locali, <strong>Future Food Institute<\/strong>, e <strong>Bi-Rex Competence Center<\/strong>, uno degli 8 centri di competenza nazionali istituiti dal Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico nell'ambito del piano governativo Industria 4.0, ha organizzato <em>Hack4Food | To Feed the Future<\/em>, una maratona di innovazione online creata per rispondere alle sfide del settore agroalimentare emiliano-romagnolo in seguito all'emergenza sanitaria COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Il coronavirus ha colpito profondamente il settore agroalimentare dell'intera regione, che non ha affrontato solo problemi legati alla ristorazione, ma anche alla produzione agricola e all'intera gestione delle risorse alimentari. Per questo motivo l'hackathon digitale \u00e8 stato lanciato dai tre partner con il supporto di Legacoop Bologna, Clust-ER Agrifood e Think4Food e il contributo della Camera di Commercio di Bologna con l'obiettivo di affrontare tre diverse sfide: garantire efficienza, trasparenza, tracciabilit\u00e0 delle filiere agroalimentari per alimenti sicuri e di qualit\u00e0; prevenire gli sprechi nella filiera agroalimentare; gestire le eccedenze alimentari a beneficio delle fasce pi\u00f9 fragili della popolazione.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la maratona di due giorni, i partecipanti all'iniziativa hanno risposto a queste problematiche suddivisi in 10 diversi gruppi composti da studenti universitari, ricercatori, startupper, esperti di tecnologie digitali e operatori del settore agroalimentare, che hanno lavorato a progetti e prototipi innovativi sempre basati sugli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile dell'Agenda 2030 delle Nazioni Unite. I primi 3 progetti valutati dalla giuria sono costituiti da:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Rimbalzo (3\u00b0 posto)<\/strong><\/em> - un'idea basata sull'incontro tra potenziali venditori e acquirenti per l'acquisto di prodotti agricoli marginali, sulle scorte in eccesso o su prodotti imperfetti ma di qualit\u00e0 in un'unica comoda transazione che mira a evitare gli sprechi per essere economicamente sostenibile nel mercato agroalimentare.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Food2U (2\u00b0 posto)<\/strong><\/em> - un'applicazione web e mobile che garantisce una gestione efficace delle eccedenze alimentari per offrire sostegno ai gruppi vulnerabili, creando un collegamento diretto tra i commercianti, in particolare quelli che operano nei mercati urbani, e gli Enti del Terzo Settore.<\/li>\n<li><em><strong>SquisEat (1\u00b0 posto)\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>- un marketplace digitale aiutiamo le grandi aziende a vendere le eccedenze alimentari dovute a vincoli o magazzini inefficienti (soprattutto nel periodo di Covid), offrendole a prezzi vantaggiosi al settore Horeca, trasformando le tasse di smaltimento e gli sprechi in profitto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al team di SquisEat sar\u00e0 riconosciuto un contributo economico di 5.000 euro per lo sviluppo del progetto presentato, con la possibilit\u00e0 di partecipare anche ad attivit\u00e0 di accelerazione e matchmaking e a iniziative lanciate dai partner per favorire la successiva adozione di soluzioni innovative nel sistema agroalimentare dell'Emilia-Romagna. Tutti i progetti vincitori parteciperanno inoltre a uno degli eventi lanciati da Future Food Institute nei mesi successivi. ------- <em>Hack4Food | To Feed the Future<\/em> \u00e8 stato l'unico progetto ad essere selezionato dalla open call sul riavvio del settore agroalimentare nel periodo di COVID-19 lanciata da Smart Agri Hubs, la rete composta da 164 Digital Innovation Hubs e Competence Centers con l'obiettivo di accelerare la digitalizzazione dei sistemi agricoli in Europa.<\/p>\n<p>L'iniziativa \u00e8 stata finanziata nell'ambito di Horizon 2020, il programma della Commissione europea che sostiene e promuove progetti di ricerca e innovazione in tutta l'Unione.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-98402a1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"98402a1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who&#8217;s ready to feed the future?
