\u00a0<\/p>\n

L' anno 2020<\/b> segna il 10\u00b0 anniversario<\/b> della dichiarazione della Dieta Mediterranea<\/b> come patrimonio culturale immateriale dall' Unesco<\/b>: lo \u00e8, infatti, grazie al Professore e Scienziato Ancel Keys<\/b> che la Dieta Mediterranea sia diventata cos\u00ec apprezzata in tutto il mondo dopo i suoi studi negli anni Sessanta e Settanta da diventare patrimonio dell'umanit\u00e0 nel 2010.<\/span><\/p>\n

Era il 1962 quando arriv\u00f2 a Napoli dagli Stati Uniti per studiare come gli abitanti della regione fossero meno soggetti a malattie cardiache. Nei dintorni, esattamente nella zona di Pollica<\/b>, \u00e8 entrato in contatto per la prima volta con la Dieta Mediterranea<\/b> L'ha studiata e promossa come stile di vita, non solo legato al modo in cui mangiamo, ma soprattutto al modo in cui viviamo, per avere un impatto migliore sull'ambiente. Pianeta<\/b> cos\u00ec come su tutti la salute<\/b> e il benessere<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00c8 per questo che in questo scenario studenti e change-maker si riuniscono a Pollica, capitale simbolica della Dieta Mediterranea, per partecipare a\u00a0<\/b>la \u201cFood & Boot Camp dei Climate Shapers \u2013 Edizione Mediterraneo<\/b> ( dal 6 Settembre<\/span>mo<\/sup><\/span> al 12 Settembre<\/span>mo<\/sup><\/span>), promosso dalla FAO (Organizzazione delle Nazioni Unite per l'Alimentazione e l'Agricoltura) e dal Future Food Institute per affrontare e mitigare la crisi climatica attraverso la rigenerazione dei sistemi agroalimentari.<\/span><\/p>\n

Il Boot Camp si avvarr\u00e0 anche del supporto di partner come il centro di ricerca olandese Taste, Crop Trust, il Food Team di Google, il Comune di Pollica, Barilla e 24 Bottles, con il patrocinio della Rappresentanza in Italia della Commissione Europea.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Durante la formazione, i partecipanti avranno l'opportunit\u00e0 di incontrare esperti innovatori, trarre ispirazione da nuovi modelli agroalimentari sostenibili e in grado di fornire alimenti nutrienti e deliziosi. Il Boot Camp \u00e8 concepito come un'esperienza straordinaria volta a liberare il potenziale dei partecipanti e a trasformare l'ispirazione in azione.<\/span><\/p>\n

Questo viaggio offrir\u00e0 ai partecipanti anche l'opportunit\u00e0 di scoprire la splendida terra del Cilento e i dintorni di Pollica: il Parco Archeologico di Velia, il Museo della Dieta Mediterranea di Pioppi, il Castello di Pollica (Castello dei Principi Capano) e una selezione di altri luoghi in cui si svolgeranno le esperienze di Lecture in the Field (Tenuta Chirico, Alici di Menaica e Passeggiate Botaniche).<\/span><\/p>\n
