Nel 2020 ci troviamo di fronte a uno scenario molto diverso, in cui sottolineare il ruolo della Dieta Mediterranea e della Doppia Piramide come modelli di rigenerazione \u00e8 pi\u00f9 che fondamentale.<\/p>\n<p>Il mondo post-pandemia continua a cambiare e a rimodellare le nostre vite; sempre pi\u00f9 comunit\u00e0, industrie e imprese ne sentono gli effetti e si orientano sempre pi\u00f9 verso esigenze specifiche per la salute dell'uomo e del pianeta. Inoltre, il cibo come diritto umano, non solo sostiene la nostra fame, ma nutre la mente e l'anima.<\/p>\n<p>In questa veste, ha il massimo potere di stimolare la coesione della comunit\u00e0 attorno a uno scopo condiviso e di stimolare azioni socialmente responsabili che costruiscano un sistema alimentare pi\u00f9 sano ed equo. Ecco perch\u00e9 il terreno comune da cui partiamo \u00e8 solo uno: come possiamo iniziare a pensare alla Dieta Mediterranea e al modello della Doppia Piramide in un modo che combini scienza, empatia
