In questo scenario, per affrontare e mitigare la crisi climatica attraverso la rigenerazione dei sistemi agroalimentari, la FAO (Organizzazione delle Nazioni Unite per l'Alimentazione e l'Agricoltura) e il Future Food Institute promuovono la seconda edizione dei boot camp internazionali per formare una nuova classe di \"Climate Shapers\", figure chiave nella catena alimentare circolare e sostenibile. Perch\u00e9 il modo in cui produciamo il cibo, lo trasformiamo, lo commercializziamo e lo consumiamo ha un impatto sul cambiamento climatico e lo subisce.<br \/><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I boot camp si svolgeranno a New York (USA), Marettimo (Italia), Tokyo (Giappone), Thingery (Islanda), Hawaii (USA), Bruxelles (UE), Pollica (Italia), Dubai (EAU) e Pechino (Cina). <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si tratta di 9 esperienze di apprendimento intensivo attraverso la conoscenza e l'esperienza sul campo, sui temi della rigenerazione del pianeta attraverso il cibo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\"Il programma congiunto creato con la FAO ha dato vita a un'esperienza internazionale e intergenerazionale<\/em> - ha dichiarato Sara Roversi, fondatrice del Future Food Institute -. <em>che coinvolge giovani, scienziati, innovatori, aziende, agricoltori, chef ed esperti di politica. Queste persone stanno creando le nuove competenze necessarie oggi per affrontare le sfide del nostro tempo, progettando sistemi circolari produttivi in grado di rigenerare l'ecosistema che ci accoglie\".<\/em>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I corsi affrontano quattro temi, tre dei quali sono dedicati alla rigenerazione di luoghi che pi\u00f9 di altri stanno subendo gli effetti della crisi climatica e che necessitano di soluzioni innovative per ripensare il rapporto tra uomo e ambiente: \"<\/span><b>Citt\u00e0 intelligenti sul clima<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;, &#8220;<\/span><b>Aziende agricole intelligenti sul clima<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; and &#8220;<\/span><b>Oceani intelligenti sul clima<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\". Un tema si concentrer\u00e0 invece sulla cucina come luogo strategico da cui pu\u00f2 partire il cambiamento: \"<\/span><b>Cucine intelligenti sul clima<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>\"Questa partnership rappresenta l'opportunit\u00e0 di sviluppare programmi accademici congiunti nelle aree della nutrizione, dei sistemi alimentari sostenibili, della gestione sostenibile delle risorse naturali, dell'agricoltura intelligente dal punto di vista climatico e di molte altre aree di interesse comune, contribuendo al contempo agli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile 2030.<\/em> - ha dichiarato Cristina Petracchi, responsabile del Centro e-learning della FAO -.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>L'alleanza con una rete di ispirazione come quella della FFI, aumenter\u00e0 l'impegno della FAO per lo sviluppo delle capacit\u00e0, promuover\u00e0 l'innovazione e generer\u00e0 dei cambiamenti, dei modellatori del clima e dei futuri leader in grado di rivoluzionare in modo sostenibile l'ecosistema alimentare, nel pieno rispetto dell'umanit\u00e0 e del nostro pianeta\".<\/em>.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante la formazione, i partecipanti avranno l'opportunit\u00e0 di incontrare esperti innovatori, fonte di grande ispirazione per nuovi modelli agroalimentari sostenibili e in grado di fornire un'alimentazione sana e genuina anche grazie alle pi\u00f9 recenti tecnologie, e di vivere un'esperienza straordinaria volta a liberare il proprio potenziale e a trasformare l'ispirazione in azione. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il programma prevede anche visite a best practice, startup, spin-off e progetti innovativi applicati a tutte le fasi della catena alimentare. Infine, ma non meno importante, sono previsti workshop interattivi e l'integrazione della classe di partecipanti con le comunit\u00e0 locali, utilizzando un approccio di design e prosperity thinking, in modo che i Climate Shapers possano dare vita ai propri progetti e azioni per il clima.
