This stop will focus on the two major events of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.milanofoodcity.it\/it\">Milano Food City<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in-lombardia.it\/it\/visitare-la-lombardia\/leonardo-500\">Leonardo500<\/a> which will offer an incredible glimpse into Italian food, culture and art. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These events have been generously sponsored by the Municipality of Milan and realised in collaboration with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.solunch.it\/\">SoLunch<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.accademiapaninoitaliano.it\/\">Accademia del Panino Italiano<\/a>.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leonardo500 is inspired by and dedicated to Leonardo Da Vinci on the 500th anniversary of his death.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Italian Future Food Experience will take place from the 9th to the 15th of May 2019 and will span 4 different Italian cities (Milan, Brescia, Catania, Rome). Its main goal will be to showcase how Italy applies innovation to food through its unique creativity, mastery and cultural identity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The delegation will be composed of representatives from three major organizations from Bangkok and one of the Future Food Institute respected partners: <a href=\"http:\/\/foodinnopolis.or.th\/en\/home\/\">Food Innopolis<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/tma.or.th\/2016\/\">Thailand Management Association (TMA)<\/a> and Science and Technology Park.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">May 9th marks the first stop of this journey to discover Italian food innovation.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At 10.00, the delegation will find themselves at the OpenKitchen Milan Signature, Via Goldoni 39, for a social eating event realized in collaboration with SoLunch. Here they will meet around 15 innovative startups, mainly of the <a href=\"https:\/\/g2-startups.it\/\">G2<\/a> ecosystem accelerator, who will prepare a tasting of sustainable dishes to raise funds for the <a href=\"https:\/\/fidu.it\/\">FIDU<\/a> (Italian Federation of Human Rights), the environment and the Innovation Commission. Business, but also charity and contamination, in the mood of this Experience.<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At 12.00, the delegation will move to the Accademia del Panino Italiano located in Via Leoni 2. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The delegation will be welcomed by <strong>Fabio Rolfi<\/strong> (Councilor for Agriculture, Food and Green Systems of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.regione.lombardia.it\/wps\/portal\/istituzionale\">Lombardy Region<\/a>), <strong>Renato Galliano<\/strong> (Director for Urban Economy and Work of the Municipality of Milan), <strong>Sara Roversi<\/strong> (Founder of the Future Food Institute) and their host <strong>Antonio Civita<\/strong> (President of the Accademia Panino Italiano Foundation).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The delegation will be guided through the Renaissance cuisine of Leonardo da Vinci. Here they will discover the culinary innovations of the period and the history of Milan through labs, cooking shows, lessons, and courses.
