After a presentation of the Global Mission and the four research topics:\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Alternative Proteins, Scalable Sustainability &amp; Circular systems, Future of Food Service, and Agro-innovation in Smart Cities<\/strong>; a highly participatory exchange took place on the relevant policies to our research themes.
