This is the starting point of our amazing experience with Food Innovation Global Mission.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the Singapore stop, <\/span><b>Sara Roversi and<\/b> <b>Matteo Vignoli, respectively Executive and Program Director of FIP <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">visited with the students\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.at-sunrice.com\">At-Sunrice<\/a> Global Chef Academy and tertiary institutions in Singapore with the aim to start international collaborations.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&lt;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We were privileged to host, exchange ideas and make connections with the FIM delegates<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; says <\/span><b>Dr Kwan Lui, Founder and Director of At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As At-Sunrice mission is to Feed the Future, and with our plans to start an incubator to cross-fertilise various disciplines with Culinary Arts, we look forward to more exchanges and collaborations with future FIM delegations<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&gt;.<\/span><br \/>\n<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&lt;Singapore institutions embrace our vision <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 says Matteo<\/span><b>\u00a0<\/b>Vignoli<i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> -: if we link the world renowned hospitality of Singaporeans with the pillars of food innovation and global cross pollination, we could start a new chapter of food&gt;.<\/span><\/i><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The\u00a0students also met <\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/steven-tan-4415315\/\">Steven Tan<\/a>, executive director of the <a href=\"http:\/\/aseancoffee.org\">ASEAN Coffee Federation<\/a>.<\/b><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&lt;The global transformation that the coffee industry is facing, places Singapore among the most advanced outposts in Asia and links the quality of the products with the whole experience of coffee&gt;<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> confirms Matteo during a conversation held at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.angra.com.sg\">Angra<\/a> showroom with the wine importer <\/span><b>Giacomo Pallesi <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and Chef <\/span><b>Shen Tan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a few days ago.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&lt;The keyword is cultural integration, since Singapore as global hub has got the privilege to be connected with the entire world and it integrates at the same time the world into its multicultural unique cuisine &#8211;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> says <\/span><b>Sara Roversi, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> this is also the essence of the innovative project launched by Chef Tan, who as a real food hero is inviting chefs from all over the world to rethink their cuisine with local and sustainable ingredients. With the global outlook that FIP developed during our global mission, we believe that Singapore can be an important platform for innovation as many different cultures are available to refine a connection between the local and the global as this will be one of the possibility for the future of food&gt;.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FIP students also met the <\/span><b>Director of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ice.gov.it\/paesi\/asia\/singapore\/staff.htm\">Italian Trade Agency in Singapore<\/a> Leonardo Radicati<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/giorgio-maria-rosica-21a75a5\/\"><strong>Giorgio <\/strong><\/a><\/span><b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/giorgio-maria-rosica-21a75a5\/\">Maria Rosica<\/a>, Delegate for Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.accademiaitalianacucina.it\/it\/regione\/singapore\">Accademia Italiana della Cucina<\/a><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
