We have to recognize that human flourishing is not a mechanical process; it&#8217;s an organic process. And you cannot predict the outcome of human development. All you can do, like a farmer, is create the conditions under which they will begin to flourish.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d &#8211; cit. Ken Robinson<\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is precisely what our Young Talents inspired their guest to do on a very special event held in Officucina on October 19th. <\/span>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inspired by <\/span><b>Future Food Institute <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">tradition of 48 hours marathons with the objective of examining, innovating and changing well-established paradigms in the food system, the Academy applied this revolutionary model of human centered innovation to create a new process of innovation, a method of cognitive investigation, of in-depth analysis and co-creation of value.<\/span>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The \u201cgame\u201d was led by keywords such as green, design, food and tech, triggering a brainstorming exercise leading to the creation of projects aiming at innovating the traditional paradigms and to a building a new possible future in the food sector.<\/span>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And so it began&#8230;<\/span>\n<b>THE PROCESS:<\/b>\n<ol>\n\t<li><b>GATHER<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> first stage consisting in gathering a considerable number of people having different origins\/skills\/fields of specialization around a common objective.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n\t<li><b>PEEL<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: second stage in which the participants are invited to bare themselves completely and mix with the other participants, with the final aim of creating teams capable of developing \u201craw\u201dideas.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n\t<li><b>CHOP<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> third stage consisting in the reorganization of the idea through a process in which each contribution gets \u201cchopped\u201d and mixed together in order to create a starting base.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n\t<li><b>COOK<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> last stage consisting in putting the ideas elaborated in the previous stage into a container in order to transform them in prototypes, before cooking them.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cWe have to go from what is essentially an industrial model of education, a manufacturing model, which is based on linearity and conformity and batching people to a model that is based more on principles of agriculture.
