{"id":19481,"date":"2025-06-04T12:07:45","date_gmt":"2025-06-04T10:07:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/futurefoodinstitute.org\/?p=19481"},"modified":"2025-06-20T15:13:32","modified_gmt":"2025-06-20T13:13:32","slug":"un-mondo-e-possibile","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/futurefoodinstitute.org\/it\/2025\/06\/04\/un-mondo-e-possibile\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cUN MONDO (\u00c8) POSSIBILE\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>UN\u2019OPERA D\u2019ARTE RELAZIONALE A CURA DEL LABORATORIO DI NUOVE TECNOLOGIE DELL\u2019ARTE<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>Un mondo (\u00e8) possibile \u00e8 uno dei progetti nati a valle del lungo processo di rigenerazione territoriale avviata grazie all\u2019Intervento \u201dLiving Lab Diffuso\u201d, parte integrante della strategia nazionale di rigenerazione culturale e sociale dei piccoli borghi storici, finanziata dal PNRR \u2013 M1C3 Cultura 4.0, Investimento 2.1, e coordinata dal Comune di Pollica in sinergia con i Comuni aggregati di San Mauro Cilento e Serramezzana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il 31 maggio 2025, dalle ore 20:00 nella Piazza della Cortiglia a Pollica(SA), si \u00e8 tenuto l\u2019evento conclusivo del progetto \u201cUn mondo (\u00e8) possibile\u201d: una cena collettiva che ha celebrato l\u2019incontro tra culture attraverso il linguaggio universale del cibo. L\u2019iniziativa ha coinvolto circa <strong>320 persone<\/strong>, sedute attorno a una tavolata lunga <strong>75 metri<\/strong>, in un momento di convivialit\u00e0 e condivisione. In questa occasione la comunit\u00e0 ha potuto degustare piatti nati dalla fusione della cucina senegalese e cilentana, con l\u2019obiettivo di unire l\u2019intero Mediterraneo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il progetto nasce da una ricerca avviata a settembre 2024 dal collettivo transdisciplinare <strong>M.I.S.T.A.K.E.<\/strong> sul territorio di <strong>Piazza Garibaldi a Napoli<\/strong>. L\u2019esperienza e gli incontri avvenuti sul territorio e con gli abitanti hanno rivelato contatti e scambi imprevedibili evidenziati soprattutto nel miscuglio delle tradizioni alimentari provenienti da diverse culture.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tradizioni, gli aspetti culturali e i rituali condivisi, che prevedono il cibo, strutturano le identit\u00e0 delle comunit\u00e0. Attraversando questi aspetti ci \u00e8 possibile (ri)trovare un modo universale di stare insieme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Un mondo (\u00e8) possibile nello scambio che si produce quando stiamo insieme.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il progetto \u00e8 stato realizzato con la partecipazione attiva di <strong>70 studentesse e studenti<\/strong>, <strong>5 docenti<\/strong>, <strong>3 associazioni<\/strong>, il <strong>Comune di Pollica, un team di FutureFood Institute<\/strong> e gli abitanti del territorio. Il culmine del progetto \u00e8 stata una cena multiculturale preparata da <strong>chef e cuoche provenienti dalla comunit\u00e0 senegalese e cilentana<\/strong>, insieme a cuochi attivi nei progetti di Piazza Garibaldi a Napoli e di Future Food Institute, che hanno co-creato un men\u00f9 fusion mediterraneo pensato per unire storie, sapori e identit\u00e0. Nei giorni precedenti all\u2019evento, l\u2019invito \u00e8 stato esteso a tutta la cittadinanza attraverso la distribuzione di un dolce artigianale accompagnato da una lettera di invito. Per l\u2019occasione, <strong>le strade e la piazza di Pollica sono state allestite a festa<\/strong>, con bandiere e dispositivi artistici, trasformando lo spazio pubblico in un luogo di incontro e racconto collettivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un mondo (\u00e8) possibile<\/strong> si \u00e8 dimostrato non solo un titolo, ma una pratica concreta: la possibilit\u00e0 di stare insieme, riconoscersi diversi eppure vicini, costruendo relazioni nuove e durature partendo da ci\u00f2 che ci nutre ogni giorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CHI SIAMO<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dM.I.S.T.A.K.E.
