{"id":19004,"date":"2024-10-15T14:50:22","date_gmt":"2024-10-15T12:50:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/futurefoodinstitute.org\/?p=19004"},"modified":"2024-10-17T10:39:29","modified_gmt":"2024-10-17T08:39:29","slug":"eit-food-premia-leccellenza-nel-giornalismo-agroalimentare","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/futurefoodinstitute.org\/it\/2024\/10\/15\/eit-food-premia-leccellenza-nel-giornalismo-agroalimentare\/","title":{"rendered":"A Roma la Settimana dell&#8217;Alimentazione:\u00a0EIT Food premia l&#8217;eccellenza nel giornalismo agroalimentare"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Richard Zaltzman, CEO di EIT Food, inaugura la settimana di NEXT BITE con la cerimonia di premiazione del Premio di Giornalismo&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Elisa Venco, Hira Grossi ed Emilio Vitaliano: i tre giornalisti vincitori celebrati per il loro impegno nell&#8217;innovazione e sostenibilit\u00e0 alimentare<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>14 ottobre, Roma &#8211; La Cerimonia di consegna del Premio di Giornalismo Agroalimentare si \u00e8 svolta a Roma, nel contesto di Next Bites, evento internazionale organizzato da EIT Food per co-costruire il futuro ed esplorare strategie innovative per la trasformazione dei sistemi alimentari con leader globali.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Richard Zaltzman<\/strong>, CEO di EIT Food, ha aperto l\u2019evento sottolineando l\u2019importanza del giornalismo per educare il pubblico su pratiche alimentari sostenibili e salutari. &#8220;<em>L&#8217;innovazione \u00e8 il cuore del futuro dell\u2019agroalimentare, e la narrazione gioca un ruolo fondamentale per diffondere questa trasformazione&#8221;, <\/em>ha affermato Zaltzman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A seguire, la premiazione ha riconosciuto l&#8217;eccellenza nel giornalismo agroalimentare, dove i\u00a0 vincitori sono stati riconosciuti per la loro capacit\u00e0 di tradurre complesse questioni agroalimentari in storie accessibili al grande pubblico. <strong>Elisa Venco ha ricevuto il primo premio di \u20ac1.500<\/strong> per l\u2019articolo \u201cLe nuove mele globali contro il climate change,\u201d un contributo che illustra con chiarezza l&#8217;innovazione per affrontare il cambiamento climatico. <strong>Hira Grossi, <\/strong>con \u201cLa Prima scuola di pesca in Italia,\u201d e <strong>Emilio Vitaliano,<\/strong> con \u201cAgroalimentare: Direzione Sostenibilit\u00e0,\u201d si sono aggiudicati rispettivamente il secondo (\u20ac1.000) sponsorizzato da EY, e il terzo posto (\u20ac500).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Premio, che celebra l&#8217;eccellenza nel giornalismo agroalimentare, mira a mettere in luce le storie che promuovono innovazione e sostenibilit\u00e0 nel settore, organizzato da EIT Food con il supporto del Future Food Institute in Italia, ha visto la <strong>candidatura di oltre 100 lavori<\/strong>, confermando l&#8217;importanza di dare visibilit\u00e0 ai temi agroalimentari fondamentali per la nostra societ\u00e0. L&#8217;iniziativa \u00e8 stata patrocinata da UNARGA e ASVIS e supportata dai media partner: Centro Studi Assaggiatori, CiboToday e Agenzia di Stampa ITALPRESS.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nell\u2019arco della mattinata particolare attenzione \u00e8 stata dedicata alla transizione verso l\u2019agricoltura rigenerativa, vista come soluzione essenziale per affrontare il cambiamento climatico e promuovere la resilienza ambientale. La tavola rotonda &#8220;Plasmare un futuro resiliente: politiche pubbliche e la transizione verso l&#8217;agricoltura rigenerativa&#8221;, moderata da Sara Roversi, con la partecipazione di esperti del settore agroalimentare, tra cui <strong>Bego\u00f1a P\u00e9rez Villarreal<\/strong> (Direttore EIT Food CLC South), <strong>Charlotte Weston<\/strong> (Director EY, Sustainability, Clients and Markets Leader &#8211; Public Policy), <strong>Marco Ferrara<\/strong> (Director EY), <strong>Pierpaolo Fraddosio<\/strong> (Direttore Organismo Pagatore AGEA), <strong>Teresa del Giudice<\/strong> (Professore Associato Universit\u00e0 Federico II) e <strong>Valerio Del Bufalo<\/strong> (Partner EY). I partecipanti hanno discusso di come le politiche pubbliche possano accelerare l&#8217;adozione di pratiche agricole rigenerative, favorendo la salute del suolo, la biodiversit\u00e0 e la sicurezza alimentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sara Roversi<\/strong>, Presidente del <strong>Future Food Institute<\/strong>, ha commentato: &#8220;<em>La funzione dei giornalisti \u00e8 sempre pi\u00f9 cruciale: dobbiamo rendere tutti consapevoli, condividere dati e promuovere riflessioni critiche. Quando parliamo di cibo, parliamo del futuro, della nostra salute e di quella del pianeta. Quest&#8217;anno siamo entusiasti di aver esaminato quasi 110 articoli di alta qualit\u00e0.
