{"id":18932,"date":"2024-05-31T09:32:08","date_gmt":"2024-05-31T07:32:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/futurefoodinstitute.org\/?p=18932"},"modified":"2024-07-31T10:04:35","modified_gmt":"2024-07-31T08:04:35","slug":"concluso-il-boot-camp-sui-sistemi-alimentari-sostenibili-nel-cilento-unina","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/futurefoodinstitute.org\/it\/2024\/05\/31\/concluso-il-boot-camp-sui-sistemi-alimentari-sostenibili-nel-cilento-unina\/","title":{"rendered":"Concluso con successo il Boot Camp sui Sistemi Alimentari Sostenibili nel Cilento"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Pollica (Salerno) &#8211; Dal 8 al 12 aprile, presso il Campus Paideia di Pollica, si \u00e8 svolto un innovativo boot camp curricolare come parte del <strong>Master in Sistemi Alimentari Sostenibili del Dipartimento di Agraria dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 di Napoli Federico II<\/strong>, in collaborazione con il <strong>Future Food Institute<\/strong>, partner ufficiale del programma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo boot camp esperienziale, internazionale, interdisciplinare e coinvolgente ha visto gli studenti impegnarsi in incontri diretti con agricoltori, pescatori e produttori, veri protagonisti della biodiversit\u00e0 e della sostenibilit\u00e0 locale. Seguendo il modello educativo di Future Food, basato su aspirazione, ispirazione e azione, gli studenti hanno acquisito un approccio critico ma creativo per ridisegnare i sistemi agroalimentari. La fase finale ha incluso un processo di apprendimento basato sulla sfida: l\u2019Hackathon, che ha permesso agli studenti di lavorare in team e co-progettare soluzioni innovative per e con il territorio. L&#8217;hackathon del boot camp \u00e8 finanziato dall&#8217;Unione europea NextGenerationEU, all&#8217;interno del Bando Borghi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un gruppo internazionale di studenti ha partecipato attivamente per 6 giorni, partecipando a una serie di laboratori e visite in loco, tra cui incontri con l&#8217;apicoltore Pasquale Volpe, la Tenuta Chirico e La Petrosa, luoghi simbolo che evidenziano l&#8217;importanza della circolarit\u00e0 delle risorse e dell&#8217;agricoltura rigenerativa. Come conclusione della formazione, gli studenti sono stati sfidati con un hackathon per progettare soluzioni innovative a problemi reali legati al territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;Siamo testimoni di una vera trasformazione nelle competenze e nella consapevolezza dei partecipanti, che tornano dalla settimana di formazione arricchiti non solo di conoscenze, ma anche di una nuova consapevolezza critica verso il futuro del nostro pianeta,&#8221; <\/em>ha dichiarato Sara Roversi, Presidente del Future Food Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Master in Sistemi Alimentari Sostenibili dell&#8217;Universit\u00e0 di Napoli Federico II si impegna a formare futuri leader nel settore agroalimentare con una visione olistica e sostenibile della filiera. Attraverso approcci pratici e il coinvolgimento diretto con gli attori del settore, il programma mira a sviluppare competenze trasversali e innovative essenziali per affrontare le sfide globali della sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il Future Food Institute continua il suo impegno nella formazione di talenti capaci di interpretare e guidare il cambiamento verso un sistema alimentare globale pi\u00f9 sostenibile e consapevole, in linea con gli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile delle Nazioni Unite.
