{"id":17085,"date":"2023-10-27T14:36:28","date_gmt":"2023-10-27T12:36:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/futurefoodinstitute.org\/?p=17085"},"modified":"2023-10-27T14:36:29","modified_gmt":"2023-10-27T12:36:29","slug":"ii-edizione-in-italia-di-ewa-empowering-women-in-agrifood","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/futurefoodinstitute.org\/it\/2023\/10\/27\/ii-edizione-in-italia-di-ewa-empowering-women-in-agrifood\/","title":{"rendered":"II Edizione in Italia di EWA &#8211; Empowering Women in Agrifood"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Sabato 21 Ottobre si \u00e8 tenuta la competizione finale del programma EWA &#8211; Empowering Women in Agrifood, un percorso imprenditoriale di sei mesi promosso da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eitfood.eu\/\">EIT Food<\/a> a livello europeo, e gestito in Italia dal <a href=\"https:\/\/futurefoodinstitute.org\/it\/\">Future Food Institute<\/a> con il supporto di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dock3.it\/\">Dock3<\/a>. L&#8217;evento ha rappresentato il culmine di un percorso di crescita e sviluppo per dieci imprenditrici italiane, che hanno avuto l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di presentare i loro progetti innovativi nel settore agroalimentare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EWA, attivo in undici Paesi europei, si pone l&#8217;obiettivo di valorizzare il potenziale dell&#8217;imprenditoria femminile, promuovendo la presenza delle donne in posizioni dirigenziali e sostenendo la nascita di start-up guidate da imprenditrici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante l\u2019evento, tenutosi a Bologna il 21 Ottobre 2023, le nove finaliste hanno avuto l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 presentare i loro progetti davanti a una giuria composta da Simona Caselli, presidente di Granlatte, Massimo Panarotto, Head of Master\u2019s Programme in Product Development at Chalmers University of Technology, e Vanessa Mazzei &#8211; Project Leader at G-Factor. I due progetti pi\u00f9 meritevoli hanno ricevuto un premio in denaro a fondo perduto per supportare la loro attivit\u00e0: 10.000\u20ac per la prima classificata e 5.000\u20ac per la seconda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il primo premio \u00e8 stato assegnato a Diana Zagarella, fondatrice di Olivair, una start-up che ha sviluppato un drone innovativo per la raccolta di frutta pendente. Grazie al vento generato dalle eliche, il drone \u00e8 in grado di indurre vibrazioni sui rami, facilitando la caduta dei frutti e rendendo il processo di raccolta pi\u00f9 efficiente e meno dannoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il secondo premio \u00e8 andato a Martina Riolino, fondatrice di Zo\u00e9 Food Evolution, un concept di fast food vegano che pone l&#8217;accento sulla qualit\u00e0 e la freschezza degli ingredienti. Zo\u00e9 si distingue per la lavorazione in loco di pasta fresca e condimenti, garantendo prodotti sani, biologici e a chilometro zero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cerimonia di premiazione e la consegna dei premi si \u00e8 tenuta nell&#8217;ambito dell&#8217;evento &#8220;C&#8217;\u00e8 pi\u00f9 Gusto a Bologna&#8221;, un festival organizzato dal Gruppo GEDI, dedicato all\u2019agroalimentare, che si \u00e8 svolto a Palazzo Re Enzo, offrendo alle partecipanti l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di entrare in contatto con i principali attori del settore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;evento di EWA Italia ha rappresentato un momento di ispirazione e di confronto, che ha riconfermato l&#8217;importanza dell&#8217;imprenditoria femminile e l&#8217;urgenza di rendere i sistemi agroalimentari sempre pi\u00f9 sostenibili e inclusivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sara Roversi, Presidente di Future Food Institute, dichiara: \u00abP<em>er il secondo anno, siamo onorati di essere stati al fianco di EIT Food, e in collaborazione con Dock 3, nella realizzazione di questo progetto cruciale. Le nove partecipanti ci hanno ispirato con il loro esempio; con la passione, la visione e la coscienza ecologica con cui stanno creando qualcosa affinch\u00e9 questo diventi un mondo migliore. Questo premio \u00e8 per l\u2019empowerment femminile che porta diversit\u00e0 e ricchezza: perch\u00e9 proteggere, esaltare e dare voce alle donne in un settore che alimenta il nostro pianeta significa seminare valore per tutti.
