Siamo anche ben consapevoli di quanto gli oceani contribuiscano alla sopravvivenza sociale ed economica delle comunit\u00e0, fornendo ambienti vivibili e opportunit\u00e0 di lavoro e di sostentamento. Eppure, ancora oggi, continuano a essere ambienti profondamente misteriosi per l'uomo: pi\u00f9 che <a href=\"https:\/\/education.nationalgeographic.org\/resource\/ocean\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">il 90% delle specie sottomarine \u00e8 ancora sconosciuto<\/a>. Cos\u00ec come continuano a essere profondamente minacciati oggi: l'inquinamento marino, il riscaldamento degli oceani, l'eutrofizzazione, l'acidificazione, la pesca eccessiva e la distruzione degli habitat marini ostacolano la biodiversit\u00e0 degli ecosistemi e le reti alimentari oceaniche. Sfide che riguardano sia i mari che i diritti umani fondamentali, soprattutto per i piccoli pescatori locali, che dipendono fortemente dalla salute degli oceani per la loro sopravvivenza.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Quindi, al di l\u00e0 degli slogan e delle parole, oggi abbiamo bisogno di azioni. Azioni collettive, partecipative, inclusive, ambiziose e rigenerative. Azioni che nascono dall'incontro dei vari attori e protagonisti, locali e globali, per co-creare insieme soluzioni reali capaci di tenere conto delle diverse esigenze, per creare le basi di una prosperit\u00e0 collettiva.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\u00c8 proprio da questa esigenza che nasce Trame Mediterranee Blue Edition, un evento di sei giorni in cui, direttamente da Pollica, cuore del Mediterraneo, giovani e pescatori si incontreranno, insieme a scienziati ed esperti dell'ecosistema ittico, per riscoprire il Mediterraneo e co-progettare, attraverso metodologie di design e prosperity thinking, proposte concrete per la realizzazione della prima Area Marina Sperimentale, dell'Italia e del Cilento.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Troppo spesso le aree marine protette sono considerate zone di negazione e privazione: aree particolarmente vulnerabili o danneggiate, zone in cui non \u00e8 possibile pescare o transitare. Invece, queste stesse aree potrebbero essere trasformate in incredibili opportunit\u00e0: Aree Marine Sperimentali dove il ruolo dei pescatori torna ad essere strategico; luoghi di cura e ricerca per l'innovazione sostenibile, al ritmo lento del ci-lento, il tempo della Rigenerazione.<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Per questo siamo partiti dal Mediterraneo, un hotspot di biodiversit\u00e0 e un luogo caratterizzato dalla piccola pesca. Grazie alla collaborazione tra il Future Food Institute, il Comune di Pollica e il Centro Studi Dieta Mediterranea Angelo Vassallo, dal 4 al 9 luglio 2022, quest'area si trasformer\u00e0 in un laboratorio di ecologia integrale, per creare consapevolezza dell'immenso valore del patrimonio immateriale racchiuso nel concetto di Dieta Mediterranea e creare modelli per un futuro mediterraneo
