Spesso, per\u00f2, \u00e8 facile trascurare l'impatto che l'industria ha su milioni di persone in tutto il mondo. Anche l'UE ha storicamente trascurato questo aspetto. In questo articolo spiego perch\u00e9 il cibo \u00e8 cos\u00ec importante e come possiamo progredire verso una politica alimentare pi\u00f9 inclusiva, sfumata ed ecologica.<\/p>\n<p>Il 2021 \u00e8 iniziato all'insegna della speranza e delle aspettative, se non altro perch\u00e9 un nuovo anno significava lasciarsi alle spalle uno degli anni pi\u00f9 complessi della storia dell'umanit\u00e0 e voltare finalmente pagina.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tuttavia, dopo quasi tre mesi, ci siamo resi conto che per essere davvero all'altezza di questo diffuso desiderio di miglioramento, dobbiamo rimboccarci le maniche e muoverci nella giusta direzione. Per farlo, per\u00f2, \u00e8 necessaria una riflessione.
