Among them, our very own Sara Roversi <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/trepcenter\/status\/740960096457523201\">spoke<\/a> about the disruptive environment of food innovation, which she of course knows a lot about! Our mantra, \u201cinnovation is a cooperative effort\u201d perfectly fits this dynamic setting. We need to &#8220;embrace the change&#8221;. We believe that a well balanced business model is one that expands and includes everyone and that looks beyond the traditional &#8220;all boys club&#8221; approach and aspires for effective collaboration among ALL entrepreneurs, men AND women alike.
