La fiaccola \u00e8 passata dalla Cina al Giappone, all'India, al Medio Oriente, alla Russia, all'Europa, all'Africa, all'America Latina, al Nord America e persino al Polo Nord e al Polo Sud, quando ci siamo collegati con gli scienziati della Stazione Concordia in Antartide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attraversando il mondo da Oriente a Occidente, la maratona globale della FFI\/FAO elearning Academy \u00e8 la pi\u00f9 grande lezione mondiale sul potere rigenerativo dei sistemi alimentari mai trasmessa, che riunisce oltre <\/span><b>100 voci esperte<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, parlando dell'importanza dei sistemi alimentari sostenibili per la rigenerazione del pianeta, con <\/span><b>24 sessioni di lavoro principali<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>in inglese, cinese, francese e spagnolo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pi\u00f9 di <\/span><b>100.000 visualizzazioni in tutto il mondo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, pi\u00f9 di <\/span><b>10.000 condivisioni sui social media<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e ogni sessione conta una media di circa <\/span><b>6,000 followers<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le lezioni apprese durante la maratona globale possono essere riassunte in tre categorie: <\/span><b>Pianeta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Persone<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>Prosperit\u00e0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da un <\/span><b>Pianeta e prospettiva ambientale<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, il futuro dei sistemi alimentari deve essere:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">smettere di sfruttare eccessivamente le risorse naturali,&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">riportare gli agricoltori al centro del nostro rapporto con il cibo, come custodi della terra,&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">abbracciare la circolarit\u00e0&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fermare l'inutile spreco di cibo e acqua, che accelera il cambiamento climatico e la perdita di biodiversit\u00e0 e, a sua volta, promuove le pandemie e minaccia la sicurezza alimentare globale.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dalla <\/span><b>prospettiva umana<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, le lezioni individuate riguardano i cuochi e le esperienze alimentari, sottolineando il ruolo del cibo come medicina e cura, oltre che come identit\u00e0, tradizione e cultura, diete sostenibili per nutrire la salute e il ruolo centrale dell'educazione nelle cucine, che sono diventate sempre pi\u00f9 le nostre aule e un nesso tra pace e sicurezza alimentare.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La terza categoria \u00e8 <\/span><b>la prosoerit\u00e0, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">con gli insegnamenti principali incentrati sull'importanza dei nostri \"valori fondamentali\" nell'innovazione, come la reciprocit\u00e0, l'ascolto attivo, la solidariet\u00e0, l'empatia e la leadership collaborativa. I valori hanno la capacit\u00e0 di collegare i diversi attori del mondo dell'innovazione, dall'offerta alla domanda. La prosperit\u00e0 si ottiene sviluppando un pensiero sistemico, poich\u00e9 tutto sulla Terra \u00e8 strettamente interconnesso. Per risolvere veramente le sfide globali dobbiamo imparare a sviluppare un approccio olistico che consideri le piante, gli animali e il loro ambiente comune: <\/span><b>un Pianeta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><b>un Welfare<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e <\/span><b>una Salute<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sono concetti fondamentali per abbracciare una visione sistemica del cibo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infine, da questa prospettiva dobbiamo promuovere l'economia della cura: l'era post-Covidio-19 sar\u00e0 incentrata sulla necessit\u00e0 di prendersi cura gli uni degli altri.
