expedition to research and document the future of food. 16 Master&#8217;s students and four coaches visited 12 cities of food innovation and 10 countries in over 60 days. Then the group headed 5,300 miles across the Pacific Ocean to Kyoto, Seoul, Shanghai, and Singapore.
